Amodeo Associates is comprised of veteran public relations and social media professionals with experience in communications, media, journalism and production.  We focus on business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications and work primarily in technology, communications services, health sciences and retail industries.

Mary Ellen AmodeoMary Ellen Amodeo provides guidance regarding communications strategy and conducts media relations and social media programs.  She previously was a senior vice president for WeberShandwick Worldwide’s technology practice, where she worked with start-ups, mid-size companies and large corporations serving life sciences, personal and enterprise computing, supercomputing, networking, telecommunications and energy industries. She has a master of communications degree from The Annenberg School of Communication at USC’s Marshall School of Business and a journalism degree from Miami University of Ohio.

Tim ElliottTim Elliott advises clients nationwide regarding social media strategy and is a technology and wine blogger and podcaster.  Tim provides clients guidance on establishing and conducting their social media programs, and works daily on behalf of social media clients.  Tim closely follows leading business and technology bloggers and editors, and many of them follow him as well.  He previously led global marketing for publishing, entertainment and medical verticals on behalf of then Web 1.0 start-up WAM!NET and was for many years working within the professional photography and printing markets for Eastman Kodak. He has a master of business administration degree from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor of arts degree in communications from California State University at Chico.

Angela Seutter works with broadcast media, consumer and business press to help to develop coverage on behalf of business-to-business and consumer technology clients.  She previously worked with technology and consumer clients at Weber Shandwick, and prior to that was an associate producer and writer for NBC News, MSNBC and MSNBC.com in New York.  Angela is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where she earned her B.S. in journalism and history.
